Frazer graduated in 1981 and, as a Geordie, soon wound up in beer at Whitbread. At the age of 29, having co-led a team to acquire and integrate the Boddingtons brand and develop a highly successful strategy as a response to the Beer Orders, he was made a director of Whitbread plc. He led the team that created the famous Boddingtons advertising campaign and the draughtflow widget amongst other things. one of the most popular British TV ads of the 1990s.

Sane Seven is a female photographer who immigrated to the UK from a small village in Lithuania to become one of the most sought-after portrait photographers in the world. With her sight firmly set on creating Obama’s portrait to tick her ‘arrived’ box, she constantly trains her creative muscles on social projects, portraits of leaders, looking for the right doors to fulfill never-ending creative ambitions.
Viktorija Grigorjevaite ‘founded’ Sane Seven (www.saneseven.com) both as a company and as her new name to replace the need for people to pronounce her tongue twisting surname. She works in tandem with her life partner Marius who prefers to stay out of the limelight.
